Currently, we are not able to provide international delivery services to the following countries or regions

If you use direct shipping calculation: Your order total is over $69.99, we will ship for free. Your order total is less than $69.99, we will directly calculate your order shipping fee of $6.98. You will see this amount at checkout.
PROCESSING
- It normally takes 1-3 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
- It takes longer for us to process pre-ordered items, please refer to our preorder page for more detailed information.
Order Tracking
- After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to track the shipment status of your package on our logistics partner's website: https://www.17track.net/en.
SHIPPING
Shipment takes approximately 9 to 21 business days to reach destination countries.
Please contact this email support@lusailstore.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted. Appreciate your kind understanding.
