Shipping Guarantee Fee
Shipping Guarantee offers premium protection and safety for your valuable items during international shipping. We'll reship your package immediately at no extra charge if it's reported lost. It is optional, you will be able to uncheck it if you do not need the shipping insurance.
Shipment processing times
- Orders are processed within 1-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email.
- Pre-order products' processing time is normally 7-15 days, while some products require sophisticated crafts so the processing time may be even longer.
- Overnight delivery is only available for Orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses， We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipment confirmation and order tracking, You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).
Damages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

1）Business days do not include Saturday/Sunday and any public holidays.
2）These estimates are based on normal circumstances and are not a guarantee of delivery times.
3）Above shipping methods may be changed due to specific situation.
4）Shipping Time does not include a 1-2 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
5）We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
6）If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was placed.
7）If you address is remote areas , we need to charge extra for the shipping fee.
